You may not copy, modify, distribute, sell, or lease any part of our services or included software. You also may not reverse engineer or attempt to extract the source code of that software, unless laws prohibit those restrictions or you have our written permission.

To access certain features of Claryzo, you must create an account. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account. You agree to notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account or any other breach of security. We will not be liable for any loss or damage arising from your failure to comply with this section.

All animations, audio narrations, text, graphics, logos, problem sets, and other content available through Claryzo are the intellectual property of Claryzo or its licensors. Unauthorized redistribution, reproduction, or modification of our content is strictly prohibited and may result in legal action. You may use our content solely for your personal educational purposes.

Claryzo is an educational tool provided "as is" and "as available." While we strive for accuracy in all our content, we make no warranties, expressed or implied, regarding the accuracy, completeness, or reliability of the content. We are not liable for any errors in content or exam results obtained by users. Your use of Claryzo is at your sole risk.

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account and access to Claryzo at any time, without prior notice or liability, if you violate these terms or for any other reason. Upon termination, your right to use Claryzo will immediately cease. All provisions of these terms which by their nature should survive termination shall survive.
